Your responsibilities in a few words!

Calculate and validate the net asset values of various investment funds – Verify the accuracy of accounting entries and financial documentation – Assist in the preparation of fund accounting records – Ensure compliance with GAAP or IFRS accounting standards and internal controls – Collaborate with various teams to ensure deadlines are met – Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and controls – Assist in resolving accounting discrepancies and anomalies – Develop expertise in various fund structures and investment products. Responsibilities align with the job description, including the preparation and validation of NAVs, quality control, process optimization, and providing technical support to the team.

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in fund accounting or real estate accounting (real estate funds)
Good knowledge of accounting standards
Excellent proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Word
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Yardi (a plus)
Experience in private equity or real estate (a plus)
Good understanding of fund accounting processes
Professional-level English required; working knowledge of French is a plus
Ability to accurately analyze and validate financial data
