Your responsibilities in a few words!

Purchase IT equipment and licenses according to internal requests – Ensure the accuracy of purchase orders and information in the systems – Follow up rigorously on orders with suppliers – Manage delivery deadlines, Maintain clear communication with internal customers across Canada – Contribute to the optimization of inventory levels and purchasing – Apply internal policies and standards related to IT procurement – Participate in the continuous improvement of supplier and internal processes – Create and update equipment information in systems – Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operations

Your assets for this position!

Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing or buyer role
Experience with purchase order management and supplier follow-up
Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Oracle or ServiceNow
Basic accounting and financial knowledge
Experience in an IT procurement environment
Good command of Excel including basic to intermediate formulas
Ability to track inventory and delivery times
Experience in a structured environment with established policies and procedures
Ability to manage several requests simultaneously with rigor
Excellent command of spoken and written French and English
