Your responsibilities in a few words!

Carry out tax research and analysis to assess the impact of transactions – Formulate tax planning and compliance recommendations – Participate in special projects including the automation and optimization of tax processes – Prepare documentation required for tax audits – Support the resolution of issues raised by tax authorities – Participate in the preparation and review of tax provisions – Contribute to the production and review of corporate tax returns – Collaborate on various mandates including cross-border taxation, reorganizations and transactions

Your assets for this position!

CPA designation
Master’s degree in taxation or In-Depth Tax Course completed or in progress
Experience in corporate taxation in a law firm (Big Four or equivalent), a strong asset
Experience in taxation of multinational corporations
Knowledge of cross-border tax issues
Proficiency in Taxprep software
Experience in tax provisioning (tax reporting)
Knowledge of tax research tools
Fluency in French and English in a professional context
Experience in corporate reorganizations
