Your responsibilities in a few words!

Manage all recruitment activities for permanent employees, placement of IT consultants, executive headhunting for a variety of mid- and senior-level IT positions – Search for new talent and structure and document recommendations – Execute the search for specific candidates – Propose innovative, highly targeted search strategies for potential candidates using various tools (database, LinkedIn, job search engines, social networks) – Analyze applications and ensure follow-up – Carry out the entire recruitment process (phone call, interview, presentation, coaching, negotiation, etc.) – Conduct proactive headhunting – Maintain candidate files in our CRM – Help selected candidates shine in the marketplace – Participate in various special organizational development projects – Help selected candidates shine in the marketplace – Participate in various special organizational development projects – Help selected candidates shine in our CRMParticipate in various special organizational development projects – Help selected candidates to shine in the marketplace

Your assets for this position!

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration (HR, information technology, organizational development)

Have a recognized title (CRHA, CPA, CFA or other): Asset
Sales, consulting or customer service skills
Recognized for human values, integrity, team spirit, conscientiousness and determination
Functional bilingualism in English or French
