Your responsibilities in a few words!

Ensure the integrity of financial information and the compliance of daily accounting operations – Carry out the entire accounting cycle : Accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing and general ledger for the Canadian company and subsidiaries – Ensure the production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements – Implement and optimize effective internal controls – Contribute actively to the company’s financial strategy by providing financial analyses and recommendations to the Board of Directors – Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage financial projections – Ensure tax and regulatory compliance of all financial operations – Participate in the preparation of budget forecasts and the monitoring of financial variances – Ensure professional, civil and commercial insurance renewals

Your assets for this position!

CPA designation required
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role (growing SME, professional services)
Expertise in project accounting
Excellent command of NCECF accounting standards
Proficiency in managing monthly closings, producing financial statements and managing cashflow
Proficiency in accounting tools, Excel, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Ability to simplify complex financial data for management.
Analytical skills and rigor.
Experience with RBC Express (asset)
US tax experience (asset)
Excellent command of French and English (oral and written)
