Your responsibilities in a few words!

Supervise financial accounting activities and ensure the reliability of financial information – Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals (payables, Receivables and Accounting Specialist) – Participate in the improvement and structuring of financial processes in a context of organizational growth – Produce and analyze financial statements and key performance indicators – Carry out profitability analyses and support management’s decision-making process – Contribute to the implementation and optimization of an ERP system and to the development of the Group’s financial reporting system. Contribute to the implementation and optimization of an ERP system and financial tools – Reduce and optimize month-end closing times and improve internal controls – Work closely with operational teams to improve financial understanding of manufacturing activities – Participate in the implementation of policies, financial policies, procedures and dashboards

Your assets for this position!

CPA designation
Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in financial accounting
Experience in team management in a financial environment
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in financial process improvement or transformation projects
Experience in profitability analysis or management accounting
Experience with ERP implementation or optimization
Knowledge of Business Central
Knowledge of TaxPrep
Fluency in French and ability to use English in a professional context
