Your responsibilities in a few words!

Supervision of the financial reporting process – Management of the CPA team, including three managers and analysts – Proactive identification of process improvement needs – Monitoring of acquisition and investment performance – Continuous optimization of the month-end process for increased efficiency – Ensuring compliance with internal accounting controls – Preparation of key financial analyses in partnership with other teams – Preparation of the quarterly financial package for the Board of Directors and the financial institution.

Your assets for this position!

– CPA with 3 years in audit and 6-8 years in private practice
– Excellent ability to manage effectively in an entrepreneurial environment
– ERP expertise (Navision, SAP) and consolidation tools (BI Solver)
– In-depth knowledge of ASPE rules and business combinations
– Strong leadership and strategic business relations skills
– Bilingualism: clear written and oral communication (in French and English)
