Your responsibilities in a few words!

Carry out complete real estate appraisals on commercial, industrial and residential properties – Take charge of mandates from start to finish, including signing reports – Manage appraisal files for various purposes: purchase, financing, insurance, contestation, expropriation, phase 1 – Maintain direct and professional contact with clients throughout assignments – Coordinate with field experts, architects, urban planners and other stakeholders as required – Ensure quality and thoroughness of deliverables in compliance with the firm’s high standards – Manage several assignments simultaneously with rigor and a sense of priorities – Contribute to the outreach and development of the practice

Your assets for this position!

AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) designation or in process
5 to 8 years’ experience in general real estate appraisal
Experience in commercial, industrial and residential appraisal
Ability to independently manage varied and complex files
Experience in contestation files, insurance or expropriation (an asset)
Knowledge of the South Shore and Montérégie markets
Strong customer service skills and reliable business relations
Fluency in French ; functional English
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to adapt approach to different people and contexts
