Your responsibilities in a few words!

Supervise and coordinate construction and woodworking projects, ensuring compliance with company standards – Ensure compliance with schedules – Manage changes and control cash flow – Identify and manage project risks to ensure success and contractual compliance – Lead a team to cover all group projects – Produce and review financial reports for a portfolio of projects – Ensure invoicing and recommend financial optimizations – Provide user support and optimize work methods with available tools – Respect governance and financial guidelines – Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures – Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure invoicing and recommend financial optimizations – Provide user support and optimize working methods with available tools – Respect project governance and methodological framework – Define and analyze performance indicators to anticipate problems and make recommendations – Develop and revise annual budgets in collaboration with relevant parties.

Your assets for this position!

Minimum 10 years' experience as a Project Controller, Project Cost Manager or related, including at least three (3) years in the construction sector

Strong analytical and financial skills, proactivity, leadership and adaptability

Experience in direct or indirect team management

Excellent command of Procore, Excel and MS Project software

Bilingualism: clear written and spoken communication (in French and English)
