Your responsibilities in a few words!

Piloter le cycle complet de planification et d’analyse financière pour plusieurs entités au Canada et aux États-Unis – Produire les analyses de fin de mois et expliquer les résultats financiers aux différentes unités d’affaires – Élaborer les prévisions financières, le budget annuel et le plan stratégique à cinq ans – Préparer des analyses et présentations destinées à la haute direction et au conseil d’administration – Analyser les indicateurs de performance, les marges, les dépenses, le coût des ventes et la rentabilité afin de soutenir la prise de décision – Formuler des recommandations financières et challenger les hypothèses d’affaires auprès des différents partenaires – Coordonner les activités FP&A avec plusieurs unités d’affaires et équipes financières nord-américaines – Concevoir des modèles financiers afin d’appuyer les initiatives de croissance et les projets d’investissement – Faire évoluer les processus de prévision, de budgétisation et de mesure de performance – Exploiter les outils technologiques et les données afin d’automatiser et de moderniser le reporting

Your assets for this position!

CPA designation or equivalent professional certification, including international equivalencies (a significant asset)
At least 7–10 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis within a multi-entity, multi-site organization or one comprising multiple business units
Strong proficiency in the full FP&A cycle within a large-scale organization
Excellent understanding of income statements, cost of goods sold, cost accounting, and profitability analysis
Advanced proficiency in Excel and a strong ability to work effectively in various technological environments
Experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of standard costs are a plus
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, data lakes, or similar tools is a plus
Experience with Dynamics 365, OneStream, or another EPM platform is a plus
Experience in integration, finance function transformation, or working in a North American context is a plus
Excellent professional proficiency in French and English to deliver presentations and engage in daily interactions with partners in Canada and the United States
