Your responsibilities in a few words!
Diriger et développer la pratique RS&DE et innovation – Identifier et évaluer l’admissibilité des projets aux programmes de crédits d’impôt et d’incitatifs à l’innovation – Piloter plusieurs mandats simultanément, de la planification jusqu’au dépôt des réclamations – Mener les rencontres avec les dirigeants et les équipes techniques afin de comprendre et documenter les projets admissibles – Préparer et réviser les narratifs techniques ainsi que la documentation justificative – Conseiller les clients afin d’optimiser leurs crédits d’impôt et leurs possibilités de financement liées à l’innovation – Accompagner et représenter les clients lors des examens, demandes d’information et vérifications des autorités fiscales – Collaborer avec les équipes de fiscalité et de comptabilité afin d’intégrer les stratégies de crédits d’impôt à la planification fiscale globale – Développer et maintenir des relations durables avec les clients et les partenaires de référence – Participer activement au développement des affaires et au rayonnement de la pratique – Former, encadrer et partager son expertise avec les ressources internes – Suivre l’évolution de la législation fiscale et des différents programmes gouvernementaux
Your assets for this position!
CPA Professional Designation
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, engineering, science, technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in taxation, SR&ED claims, R&D tax credits, or innovation incentive programs
Experience in preparing and defending SR&ED claims
Solid knowledge of Canadian corporate taxation, tax planning, and tax credit programs
Experience with CRA and Revenu Québec audits and examinations
Experience in project management and client relationship management
Experience in an accounting firm, professional services firm, or tax advisory firm
Knowledge of other tax credits, government incentives, or grant programs
Professional proficiency in French and English
