Your responsibilities in a few words!

Agir comme partenaire d’affaires auprès de la direction et des équipes opérationnelles – Piloter le cycle comptable et assurer la fiabilité de l’information financière – Préparer les budgets, les prévisions financières et les analyses d’écarts – Analyser la performance financière, les coûts et la rentabilité des différents projets et centres de revenus – Présenter des analyses financières et des recommandations permettant d’éclairer les décisions de la haute direction – Assurer le suivi de la trésorerie, des liquidités, des comptes clients et des différents risques financiers – Optimiser les processus, les contrôles internes et les outils de gestion – Contribuer activement à la transformation numérique et à l’automatisation des processus financiers – Participer à l’évolution des systèmes de gestion et à l’exploitation accrue des données et des outils d’intelligence artificielle – Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans la compréhension et la gestion de leurs coûts – Superviser et mobiliser l’équipe comptable tout en accompagnant progressivement l’évolution des façons de faire – Collaborer étroitement avec les différentes unités d’affaires et les fonctions financières corporatives

Your assets for this position!

Hold a CPA designation or have equivalent professional experience
Have at least 7 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management, including at least 4 years in similar roles
Have practical experience with the full accounting cycle, budget management, managerial accounting, and cost management
Be proficient in Excel at an advanced level, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and workbook automation
Experience with an ERP system, particularly in the context of implementation, migration, or optimization
Experience in preparing and presenting financial analyses to senior management
Experience in team management
Knowledge of Power BI, data analysis tools, automation, or artificial intelligence applied to finance is a plus
Fluency in French and a professional level of English sufficient to interact with various partners and government agencies
