Your responsibilities in a few words!
Gérer le cycle complet des comptes fournisseurs et des comptes clients – Effectuer la facturation, les conciliations et la tenue des auxiliaires – Assurer le paiement des fournisseurs dans les délais requis – Tenir à jour les comptes des résidents et traiter les contributions applicables – Répondre aux demandes des résidents et de leurs familles concernant leurs dossiers financiers – Assurer la continuité des opérations comptables pendant une période de transition – Participer activement au transfert et à la documentation des connaissances – Collaborer au pairage technique et à l’intégration de la future personne responsable des services administratifs – S’approprier rapidement les particularités comptables propres à un environnement de santé réglementé
Your assets for this position!
DEC in accounting, business administration, or equivalent education
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
Proficiency in the full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycle
Experience in billing, reconciliations, and maintaining subsidiary ledgers
Experience in a regulated or unionized environment, particularly in healthcare, education, the public, parapublic, or community sectors
Knowledge of resident contribution mechanisms and cases under guardianship is an asset
Knowledge of Médisolution, Logibec, or equivalent accounting software—an asset
Knowledge of the AS-471 annual financial report—an asset
Very strong proficiency in the MS Office suite
Professional proficiency in French and a basic knowledge of English
