Your responsibilities in a few words!
Agir comme principal partenaire financier de la haute direction et contribuer aux décisions stratégiques – Préparer, analyser et présenter les états financiers, budgets annuels et prévisions financières – Assurer la fiabilité de l’information financière et mettre en place des contrôles financiers et budgétaires rigoureux – Piloter l’implantation et l’optimisation de l’ERP en collaboration avec les ressources internes et externes – Développer des indicateurs de performance pertinents afin de soutenir la croissance et la rentabilité – Analyser la rentabilité des projets, des activités et des différentes unités de l’entreprise – Superviser les opérations comptables, la trésorerie, la paie et les activités de financement – Gérer les relations bancaires, les marges de crédit et participer aux négociations de financement – Identifier les occasions de subventions, crédits et autres sources de financement – Préparer les dossiers de vérification en collaboration avec les auditeurs externes – Superviser et développer l’équipe finance tout en optimisant la répartition des responsabilités – Participer activement au comité de direction et contribuer à l’amélioration des processus d’affaires et des systèmes d’information.
Your assets for this position!
CPA Certification
7 to 15 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, primarily in growing small and medium-sized businesses
Extensive experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Experience managing and developing an accounting team
Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing an ERP system; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a significant asset
Solid knowledge of cash management, banking relationships, financing, grants, and tax credits (assets)
Good command of professional-level French and English to interact with certain financial partners and work with bilingual financial documentation
