Your responsibilities in a few words!
Analyze performance results and conduct post-mortems of merchandising initiatives – Formulate optimization recommendations based on collected data – Design, update and deploy planograms nationwide – Ensure data integrity and accuracy in planogram systems – Coordinate installations and validations in mock store Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in planogram systems – Coordinate installations and validations in the mock store – Collaborate with product managers and regional teams to ensure consistent execution – Evaluate layout and optimization projects for merchandising initiatives. Evaluate sales space planning and optimization projects – Present results and recommendations to stakeholders and management – Ensure alignment between merchandising strategy and in-store execution – Support decision-making through analysis of sales and performance indicators
Your assets for this position!
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a retail environment
Significant experience in visual merchandising, planograms or space management
Proficiency in JDA Space Planning or equivalent software
Strong data analysis and results interpretation skills
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
Experience in category management
Experience within a large banner or multi-site network
Knowledge of best practices in space planning and optimization
Ability to prepare and present recommendations to managers and executives
Excellent command of spoken and written French and English
