Your responsibilities in a few words!

Oversee fund accounting activities and ensure that deadlines are met – Mentor, coach, and develop a team composed primarily of junior professionals – Set operational priorities and optimize workflow – Ensure the quality of deliverables and track performance metrics – Serve as a resource for technical issues related to fund accounting – Collaborate with international teams and maintain excellent relationships with institutional clients – Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members – Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and various cross-functional projects – Anticipate resource needs to ensure business continuity.

Your assets for this position!

3 to 5 years of experience in fund accounting, ideally in private equity or real estate
Proven experience in management, coaching, and team development
Experience working with investment funds or asset managers
Knowledge of Mona, Sigma, BOB50, GPC, or Yardi
Strong proficiency in Excel
Knowledge of accounting standards and fund financial statements
CPA designation (a plus)
Experience at a Big Four accounting firm (a plus)
Proficiency in business English and knowledge of French (a plus)
