Your responsibilities in a few words!

Process the entire payroll cycle – Update and close employee files in the payroll system – Produce and transmit Records of Employment – Prepare and validate annual tax slips – Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, group insurance and disability files – Participate in the production of financial and insurance reports – Administer group insurance plans and manage disability files – Participate in various special payroll-related projects.

Your assets for this position!

DEC, AEC or certificate in human resources, administration or related field
4 to 5 years’ experience in complete payroll processing
Proficiency in Excel and payroll software such as Nethris
Knowledge of labour laws and standards applicable in Quebec
Autonomy in complete payroll management
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Analytical mind developed
Communication and collaboration skills
Discretion and professional judgment
