Your responsibilities in a few words!
Record financial transactions in accounting journals – Verify and enter supplier and customer invoices in the accounting system – Carry out daily accounting entries (billings, payments, receipts, etc.) – Keep balance sheet accounts up to date (customer accounts, supplier accounts, bank accounts, etc.) – Carry out monthly bank reconciliations to ensure that bank account balances match accounting records – Verify and correct discrepancies in bank reconciliations – Monitor customer payments and receipts.) – Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure that bank account balances match accounting records – Verify and correct discrepancies in bank reconciliations – Monitor customer payments and receipts – Manage customer and supplier reminders in the event of late payments or invoices – Prepare supplier and customer statements for accurate follow-up – File and organize invoices, receipts and other accounting documents – Maintain an archiving system in line with company requirements and tax regulations.
Your assets for this position!
Degree in accounting or equivalent experience
1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position (growing SME, professional services)
Knowledge of basic accounting processes and financial management tools
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Thoroughness and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player
Organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
Excellent command of French and English (oral and written)
