Your responsibilities in a few words!

Receive and process mail – Perform accounting data entry on specialized software – Prepare purchase orders and delivery reservations – Manage invoicing, payments, and accounts receivable/payable follow-ups – Perform bank deposits – Complete tax returns – Produce tax reports – Participate in bank reconciliation and monthly closing – Monitor and update financial files – Maintain an efficient filing system – Manage inventories and the associated system – Perform any other accounting-related task.

Your assets for this position!

Proficiency in accounting software (Acomba or similar)
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
Experience in accounting (1 to 5 years)
Experience in a high-volume environment
Autonomy and organization
Discretion and reliability
Attention to detail and thoroughness
Excellent communication skills in French and functional English
