Your responsibilities in a few words!

Manage the complete accounting cycle – Perform bookkeeping and bank reconciliations – Process payroll via EmployeurD – Prepare and file tax returns (GST/QST, DAS) – Ensure consistency of financial data with external accounting firm – Produce internal financial reports – Participate in improving accounting processes in a context of growth – Collaborate with finance management on operational needs.

Your assets for this position!

University degree in accounting
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks software
Experience with EmployeurD (payroll)
Full accounting cycle experience
Knowledge of tax returns (GST/QST, DAS)
Experience in an SME or growing environment
Experience in the technology, pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors (an asset)
Bilingualism (French and English)
Ability to work in a fully remote environment
