Your responsibilities in a few words!

Prendre en charge l’accueil, le traitement et l’ouverture des dossiers de financement – Analyser les demandes de prêts et de garanties liées au financement intérimaire des crédits d’impôt – Vérifier l’exhaustivité et l’exactitude des documents et analyser l’information financière – Préparer les mémoires de recommandation ainsi que la documentation liée aux offres de financement et aux sûretés – Effectuer les recherches et les publications requises au Registre des droits personnels et réels mobiliers – Assurer une gestion proactive de son portefeuille et maintenir les différentes bases de données à jour – Effectuer le suivi annuel des interventions financières et contribuer à l’évaluation des risques – Collaborer avec les institutions financières, les entreprises et les différents partenaires dans le suivi des dossiers – Participer au traitement des dossiers de recouvrement et assurer le suivi des ententes – Soutenir les professionnels de la direction dans leurs activités administratives et financières.

Your assets for this position!

DEC in Administrative Techniques with a specialization in finance or equivalent training
Three to four years of experience analyzing financial records, including experience in bookkeeping and recording accounting data
Experience in corporate finance
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and advanced knowledge of Excel
Excellent command of French and a good working knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Experience in financial structuring in the audiovisual sector is a plus
Knowledge of the principles of bank financing, including agreements, amendments, and repayment terms, is a plus
Knowledge of interim tax credit funding programs and relevant tax regulations is a plus
Knowledge of the basic principles governing the Registry of Personal and Movable Property Rights (RDPRM) is an asset
Knowledge of Quebec’s cultural industries: an asset
