Your responsibilities in a few words!
Oversee the complete accounting cycle – Consolidate monthly and annual financial statements – Coordinate and execute the budget process – Strengthen internal controls and risk management – Supervise the accounts payable and payroll team – Collaborate on future ERP implementation and digital transformation – Produce external financial statements and management reports – Act as a strategic partner to business units – Ensure compliance with accounting standards (ASPE) – Support tax audits and prepare required reports
Your assets for this position!
CPA designation
7 to 10 years’ experience in a law firm or multi-company environment
Advanced Excel skills
Good knowledge of ASPE
Experience in financial consolidation
Experience in implementing or enhancing financial systems (ERP, EPM/FP&A)
Knowledge of Power BI (an asset)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint (an asset)
Excellent command of French and functional English
