Your responsibilities in a few words!

Structure and analyze complex commercial real estate financing files (acquisitions, refinancings, developments and multi-asset portfolios) – Perform detailed financial modeling and validate investment hypotheses – Prepare and present files to institutional lenders and financial partners – Negotiate financing terms in collaboration with senior brokers – Ensure complete management of the underwriting process through to disbursement – Maintain high standards of quality and analytical rigor – Coach, Work closely with management to take strategic positions on transactions – Simultaneously manage several mandates in financing cycles of 6 to 18 months – Ensure compliance with lender and regulatory requirements
