Your responsibilities in a few words!

Supervise the financial operations of the Quebec and Mexico sites – Produce monthly and annual financial statements – Perform financial analyses to support management decisions – Manage a team of analysts and technicians – Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes – Ensure tax compliance and manage external audits – Collaborate with the CFO on strategic and cross-functional projects – Actively participate in transformation initiatives and alignment with Group standards

Your assets for this position!

CPA designation and at least 10 years’ experience in accounting and financial control
Experience in team management in a financial context
Advanced mastery of Excel
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Epicor, SAP or Power BI
Experience in producing consolidated financial statements
Familiarity with tax and financial audits
Ability to work in a multisite and multicultural environment
Excellent command of French and professional English
