Your responsibilities in a few words!
Manage the entire recruitment cycle for various positions – Develop and optimize talent acquisition processes – Implement recruitment tools and best practices – Work closely with managers to fully understand their needs – Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience – Use and maximize ATS functionalities to improve process efficiency – Participate in the continuous improvement of talent attraction strategies – Monitor and analyze recruitment performance indicators.

Relevant experience in talent acquisition
Experience with an ATS (ideally Workland)
Ability to build and structure recruitment processes
Excellent organizational and priority management skills
Experience in optimizing HR tools and systems
Experience in a fast-growing environment
Ability to manage several mandates simultaneously
Knowledge of best practices in recruitment
Fluency with technological tools
Bilingualism required
