Your responsibilities in a few words!
Ensure the processing of purchase orders and the follow-up of procurement requests – Act as the main point of contact between suppliers, internal teams and accounts payable – Coordinate exchanges with various departments (legal, risk, public affairs) – Carry out rigorous follow-up of invoices and deliverables – Manage a high volume of e-mails and requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy – Support administrative processes related to procurement – Identify and resolve process gaps or problems – Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and tools.
Your assets for this position!
2 to 4 years’ experience in procurement, coordination or invoice processing
Experience in purchase order management
Knowledge of the procurement cycle
Experience in an institutional or financial environment
Experience in contract management or supplier follow-up
Good command of English in a professional context
Fluency in Office suite tools
Ability to manage a high volume of transactions
Knowledge of structured administrative processes
Fluency in French
