Your responsibilities in a few words!

Take charge of the complete accounts payable and receivable cycle – Process supplier invoices and ensure their compliance – Follow up on cash receipts and payments – Ensure customer collection activities – Communicate with Canadian and U.S. customers – Keep customer and supplier files up to date – Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth operations – Meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Your assets for this position!

DEC or accounting training
2 to 4 years’ experience in accounts payable and receivable
Complete mastery of payables AND receivables cycles
Experience in collections and customer follow-up
Experience with an accounting ERP
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Good command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Ability to manage a high volume of transactions
Knowledge of good accounting practices
Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written)
