Your responsibilities in a few words!

Oversee the complete accounting cycle – Prepare monthly and annual financial statements – Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts – Manage cash and cash flow – Oversee and process payroll and benefits – Ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards – Implement and optimize internal controls – Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making – Collaborate with internal teams to monitor project profitability – Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting or financial control
CPA designation (a strong asset)
Mastery of the full accounting cycle and financial statements
Knowledge of NCECF standards
Experience in a professional services environment
Mastery of accounting software (QuickBooks, DEXT, Plooto, ADP)
Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. tax realities
Experience in project-based billing (an asset)
Bilingualism in French and English
