Your responsibilities in a few words!
Coordinate the complete project invoicing cycle – Set up projects in Workday with project managers – Support data transmission and validation between Salesforce CPQ and Workday Finance – Create and maintain customer files and contractual documentation – Perform monthly invoicing and follow up on customer accounts – Validate timesheets and carry out the necessary reminders – Reconcile monthly outstanding amounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data – Collaborate with the Sales, Structure and archive documents related to projects, contracts and purchase orders – Actively participate in the continuous improvement of customer operations
Your assets for this position!
Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales operations, project billing or project accounting
Experience in a professional services environment
Good understanding of the complete sales-to-billing cycle
Experience with an ERP such as Workday, SAP, Oracle or equivalent
Knowledge of Salesforce or a CPQ tool
Experience in managing multi-entity projects
Knowledge of work in progress and WIP reconciliation
Mastery of billing, purchase order and timesheet processes
Background in administration, accounting or related field
Professional bilingualism in French and English
