Your responsibilities in a few words!
1-2-month assignment (4-5 days per week) – Participate in the monthly and quarterly closing process – Prepare journal entries and tax returns – Initiate payments to vendors and perform bank reconciliations – Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports – Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts – Conduct financial analyses and contribute to various special projects – Help improve and automate financial processes – Collaborate with business partners to support financial performance.
Your assets for this position!
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in financial analysis
CPA designation (a plus)
Excellent understanding of financial statements and IFRS standards
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, and advanced functions)
Experience with Sage Accpac
Knowledge of Access (a plus)
Knowledge of a data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
Experience with financial closings and management analysis
Excellent command of French
