Your responsibilities in a few words!
Mener des diligences opérationnelles auprès de gestionnaires de fonds et fournisseurs externes – Évaluer les contrôles comptables, financiers et opérationnels afin d’identifier les risques – Analyser les processus de conformité, de gouvernance et de gestion des risques – Participer à la surveillance continue des partenaires d’affaires et recommander des mesures correctives – Rédiger et présenter des analyses et rapports de diligence auprès des parties prenantes – Collaborer avec les équipes d’investissement, de risque, de conformité et de technologies – Contribuer à l’amélioration des méthodologies, des outils technologiques, des indicateurs de risque et des processus de diligence opérationnelle – Assurer une veille réglementaire et contribuer à l’évolution des meilleures pratiques du secteur.
Your assets for this position!
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
At least 7 years of experience in audit, internal controls, compliance, or risk management
At least 3 years of experience in operational due diligence
Strong knowledge of the financial services sector and financial instruments
Experience at a Big Four firm and/or in an institutional environment is (a plus)
CPA or CFA designation (a plus)
Experience evaluating operational and financial controls
Experience in project management and process improvement
Excellent command of English in a professional context
Good command of French
