Your responsibilities in a few words!

Développer et faire évoluer les modèles financiers liés aux différents projets et initiatives – Élaborer les budgets, prévisions financières et exercices de planification – Automatiser les tableaux et rapports financiers à l’aide de Power BI – Concevoir des tableaux de bord adaptés aux besoins des différents départements – Analyser les résultats financiers et expliquer les écarts par rapport aux budgets et prévisions – Réaliser des analyses de rentabilité, de scénarios et de retour sur investissement – Produire des rapports de gestion et présentations destinés à la direction – Outiller les gestionnaires afin de faciliter le suivi en temps réel de leur performance financière – Accompagner les équipes dans l’évaluation financière de nouveaux projets et initiatives – Identifier les processus et rapports pouvant être simplifiés ou automatisés – Collaborer avec les équipes comptables et les différentes fonctions d’affaires – Contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue des outils et pratiques FP&A.  

Your assets for this position!

At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business intelligence applied to finance
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Power BI and experience with report and dashboard automation
Advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly in formulas and pivot tables
Substantial experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
A solid understanding of accounting data and month-end processes
Experience in project-based accounting is a plus
Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, or SQL is a plus
CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification—a plus
Business French and Functional English
Knowledge of or interest in the events and entertainment industry is a plus
