Your responsibilities in a few words!
Ensure the quality, consistency and relevance of data used to measure portfolio performance and produce reports for institutional clients – Manage financial data used in reports, presentations and questionnaires for clients and consultants – Calculate and validate performance and attribution (Brinson and factorial) of portfolios and composites – Collaborate with investment, operations and IT teams to ensure data integrity and integration – Support client and investment service in understanding and interpreting performance results and IT teams to ensure data integrity and integration – Support customer service and investment in understanding and interpreting performance results – Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, tools and performance indicators – Contribute to the modernization of reporting and automation of internal data flows – Maintain and evolve analysis and performance monitoring dashboards
Your assets for this position!
Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, economics or other quantitative field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in performance analysis or middle office functions in the asset management industry
Good command of performance and attribution measures
Excellent understanding of financial markets and institutional investment products
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
Working knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Excel
Rigor, judgment, attention to detail and good sense of priorities
Team spirit, clear communication and ability to collaborate with various departments
Bilingualism : French and English, spoken and written
