Your responsibilities in a few words!

Prendre en charge le cycle comptable complet et assurer les fermetures mensuelles – Effectuer les conciliations bancaires et le rapprochement des transactions provenant des plateformes de commerce en ligne – Traiter la paie, les remises gouvernementales et les différentes taxes de vente – Extraire et consolider les données financières et opérationnelles provenant de différentes plateformes – Construire et automatiser des tableaux de bord et rapports de gestion – Analyser les marges par canal, gamme de produits et référence – Évaluer l’impact des promotions et rabais sur la rentabilité – Analyser la rotation des stocks et identifier les produits nécessitant une attention particulière – Analyser les écarts entre les résultats réels et les budgets et en expliquer les causes – Alimenter les prévisions financières et les prévisions d’encaisse – Préparer les informations requises pour les dossiers de fin d’exercice – Faire évoluer les processus financiers et les outils d’analyse afin de soutenir la croissance de l’organisation

Your assets for this position!

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
DEC, certificate, or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
CPA certification or being on track to obtain it is an asset
Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Shopify
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas
Experience with or a strong interest in using artificial intelligence and other technological tools in a professional setting
Experience with the full accounting cycle, including reconciliations, payroll, taxes, and monthly closings
Knowledge of e-commerce, retail, or an environment involving inventory management is a plus
Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL, ShopifyQL, or automation tools is a plus
Professional proficiency in French and functional English
