Your responsibilities in a few words!

Prendre en charge le cycle comptable complet de plusieurs entités – Préparer les écritures comptables, conciliations et dossiers de fin de mois – Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles ainsi qu’à la préparation des états financiers – Assurer le suivi et la conciliation des transactions intercompagnies – Analyser les écarts financiers et expliquer les variations des résultats – Effectuer la répartition des dépenses entre les différentes entités et unités opérationnelles – Préparer les analyses financières et les rapports destinés à la direction – Collaborer à l’élaboration des budgets et des prévisions financières – Maintenir l’exactitude des données comptables dans les différents systèmes financiers – Soutenir les activités liées aux comptes fournisseurs et recevables au besoin – Participer à l’intégration comptable de nouvelles entités dans un contexte d’expansion – Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer le suivi financier des opérations – Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et des contrôles comptables 

Your assets for this position!

CPA certification obtained or in the process of being obtained, a plus
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and budgeting processes
Experience gained within a medium-sized or large growing company
Excellent command of the entire accounting cycle, including financial statements and account reconciliations
Good knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting principles
Experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions is a plus
Experience in a multi-currency environment is a plus
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a plus
Bilingualism in French and English required
