Agir comme personne-ressource RH pour les employés et gestionnaires – Concevoir et appliquer des politiques RH internes – Structurer le processus complet de recrutement, d’intégration et de départ – Mettre en place une gestion de la performance et soutenir les gestionnaires – Développer la formation et les parcours professionnels – Collaborer à la gestion de la paie et suivre les aspects administratifs – Administrer BambooHR et assurer la gestion des indicateurs RH – Être vecteur de culture et organiser des initiatives de mobilisation – Gérer la SST, CNESST, invalidités et retours au travail – Rcommander des améliorations à la direction – Participer activement à l’amélioration continue des pratiques humaines
Your assets for this position!
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
CHRP certification
At least 5 years of experience in a generalist or HR consultant role
Experience in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment
Ability to organize an HR department
Solid knowledge of HR practices
Proficiency in payroll management
Fluency in French and English
