Your responsibilities in a few words!
Manage complete family files from A to Z – Coordinate banking operations and multi-entity payments – Ensure bookkeeping and accounting entries in QuickBooks Online – Monitor and analyze financial flows, assets and liabilities – Prepare and coordinate tax elements with external partners – Maintain and update family balance sheets and liquidity projections – Act as the main point of contact with client families – Monitor investments, loans and intercompany structures – Produce and maintain rigorous and up-to-date documentation for each file
Your assets for this position!
Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in accounting, financial coordination or management of complex files
Advanced command of QuickBooks Online
Excellent command of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Solid understanding of financial flows and accounting principles (debits/credits)
Knowledge of investment concepts (dividends, interest, capital gains)
Experience with multi-entity structures (trusts, corporations, holdings)
Experience in private wealth management or family office (asset)
Accounting, tax, law or related background
Knowledge of technological tools such as Sofistic.AI or AI tools (an asset)
Fluency in French and functional to professional level of English
