Your responsibilities in a few words!

Support operational users in analyzing and optimizing their warehouse processes – Lead functional workshops with BPOs, key users and logistics teams – Observe field operations to understand flows and identify improvement needs – Translate operational needs into application adjustments in the ERP/WMS environment – Participate in solution deployments directly with customers in Canada, United States and Mexico – Train and support users during production start-ups and transition periods – Carry out application modifications in a proprietary C#-based environment – Test, debug and ensure the quality of patches prior to production start-up – Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure solutions are adapted to field realities – Actively participate in the continuous improvement of logistics and technological processes.
