Your responsibilities in a few words!
Manage the recruitment process from A to Z – Coordinate the integration of new employees – Participate in the management of employee files and labor relations – Support managers in day-to-day HR issues – Contribute to the improvement and structuring of HR processes – Monitor benefits and payroll files – Participate in growth initiatives including acquisitions and integrations – Ensure compliance with labor standards and OHS practices.
Your assets for this position!
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resources
Degree in human resources or related field
Significant experience in recruitment
Experience in a multi-site or operational environment
Knowledge of labour standards and OHS
Experience in business integration or acquisition
Experience in a growing SME
Exposure to payroll and benefits administration
Bilingualism required
