Your responsibilities in a few words!

Manage bi-weekly payroll for several entities – Maintain up-to-date payroll records and documentation – Calculate commissions for various entities – Prepare and submit government tax deductions – Perform monthly closings – Manage complete accounting for several entities – Prepare and review financial statements – Perform bank reconciliations and manage supplier payments – Ensure tax return compliance.

Your assets for this position!

Degree in accounting or finance
Payroll certification (asset)
5+ years’ experience in payroll management and full accounting
Experience in a multi-company and/or international environment (asset)
Excellent command of Vensure HR (Empulse) and Oui Paie
Strong command of Excel
Bilingualism required
