Your responsibilities in a few words!

Manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements and IFRS quarterly reports – Participate in financial disclosure processes and presentations to senior management and the Board of Directors – Contribute to the budgeting process and quarterly FP& A analyses – Develop and optimize financial models and analysis tools – Participate in the improvement and automation of financial processesA analyses – Develop and optimize financial models and analysis tools – Participate in the improvement and automation of financial processes – Collaborate on projects to integrate artificial intelligence and new financial technologies – Manage the real estate asset valuation process and collaborate with external appraisers – Participate in refinancing and mortgage loan monitoring – Progressively mentor financial analysts and contribute to team development – Participate in audits and the maintenance of regulatory internal controls

Your assets for this position!

CPA designation required
4-6 years’ experience in a Big4 firm, corporate finance or public company
Solid command of consolidated financial reporting and IFRS
Experience in financial modeling and advanced financial analysis
Knowledge of public company regulatory requirements (52-109)
Experience in FP& A, budgeting and financial performance managementA, budgeting and financial performance management
Experience in the real estate sector or within a REIT
Interest in artificial intelligence and the automation of financial processes
Experience in coaching or mentoring analysts
Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written
