Your responsibilities in a few words!
Define and evolve procurement strategy – Structure internal indirect procurement processes – Lead major projects related to technology and professional services – Simplify and standardize processes while ensuring compliance – Coach a team of specialized managers and foster their development – Act as a reference expert with internal stakeholders – Build strong relationships with IT, legal, finance and risk management teams – Drive change and mature the function towards best practices – Represent the procurement function on executive committees – Oversee activities related to the management of critical suppliers – Perform strategic diagnostics and recommend continuous improvements.
Your assets for this position!
Proven experience in strategic indirect sourcing in a major group
Solid track record in managing high-impact international sourcing projects
Proficiency in P2P systems such as SAP, Coupa, GEP or Oracle
Professional certification (SCMP, CPSM or equivalent)
Knowledge of complex and regulated environments, ideally in the financial sector
Demonstrated experience in organizational transformation
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or Agile methodologies (an asset)
Strong analytical and process optimization skills
Bilingualism required
