Your responsibilities in a few words!
Coordinate portfolio asset valuation exercises – Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models – Analyze fund and asset performance to identify key drivers of value creation – Produce reports for institutional investors – Help develop reporting for the new fund and optimize related processes – Collaborate daily with the investment, asset management, finance, and tax teams – Contribute to financial forecasts, strategic analyses, and presentations for senior management – Participate in liquidity analyses, capital calls, and distributions – Support the continuous improvement of tools, controls, and processes related to fund performance.
Your assets for this position!
CPA, CFA, CBV, or other relevant professional designation
5 to 8 years of experience in valuation, infrastructure, private equity, transaction audit, or portfolio analysis
Excellent command of private market valuation methodologies
Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis using Excel
Experience in the infrastructure orrenewable energy sector
Experience working with investment funds or asset managers
Good understanding of private fund structures
Experience preparing reports for institutional investors
Ability to thrive in a multi-jurisdictional environment involving complex financial structures
Fluency in French and English
