Your responsibilities in a few words!

Manage the complete accounts payable cycle – Process a high volume of invoices in a multi-entity environment – Validate and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts – Ensure payment deadlines and monthly closings are met – Collaborate with Canadian and international suppliers to monitor accounts – Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes – Maintain up-to-date information in the ERP system – Support the finance team in various analyses and related tasks.

Your assets for this position!

Degree in accounting or related field
2-3 years’ experience in accounts payable or full accounting cycle
Advanced Excel skills
ERP experience (asset: JD Edwards)
Experience in a manufacturing environment and in a multi-entity context
Good knowledge of the monthly closing cycle
Ability to manage a high volume of transactions
Fluency in French and functional English
