Your responsibilities in a few words!
Supervise and support a remote talent network – Ensure the integration and follow-up of new employees – Conduct interviews for specialized profiles and freelancers – Simultaneously manage several recruiting mandates in a fast-paced environment – Ensure quality standards are met when hiring – Identify and evaluate new recruiting sources and specialized platforms – Monitor and fill talent needs for different portfolios – Work closely with operations, HR and management teams – Manage certain budgetary aspects related to remote resources – Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes.

1-3 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience recruiting freelancers or specialized talent
Knowledge of the digital media or digital content sector
Experience with specialized recruitment platforms
Project management or remote team coordination skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience managing recruitment volumes
Professional or native English speaker
