Your responsibilities in a few words!

Enter accounting entries in SAGE 50 – Prepare commission deposits and expense reports – Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards – Ensure accuracy of accounting data – Participate in the preparation of preliminary financial statements – Support year-end processes, including T4A and tax returns – Collaborate in the automation of accounting tasks – Improve process efficiency in conjunction with the finance team – Participate in the integration of digital tools and artificial intelligence.

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
Good understanding of accounting standards
Ability to learn quickly and solve problems using technological tools
Proficiency in SAGE 50 software
Advanced proficiency in Excel (DCT, functions, macros)
Knowledge of automation tools (Power Automate)
Experience or interest in artificial intelligence applied to accounting
Knowledge of Excel programming or scripts (e.g. VBA)
Bilingualism required
