Your responsibilities in a few words!

Bâtir le cadre financier, le budget et les principaux indicateurs de performance – Instaurer une prévision d’encaisse et optimiser la gestion des liquidités – Concevoir des tableaux de bord et assurer un suivi rigoureux des écarts – Modéliser différents scénarios afin d’appuyer les décisions de croissance et d’investissement – Optimiser la performance financière en analysant les marges, les coûts, les stocks et les principaux leviers opérationnels – Porter la relation avec les prêteurs et participer aux négociations bancaires – Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité de l’information financière destinée à la direction et aux partenaires externes – Collaborer avec les équipes afin d’évaluer l’impact financier des décisions commerciales et opérationnelles – Superviser et accompagner un analyste financier dans son évolution vers un rôle de contrôleur – Structurer et documenter les processus financiers de l’organisation

CPA Professional Designation
Experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at an SME with revenue of $5 million to $30 million, with full responsibility for the finance function
Experience in retail or e-commerce, particularly with inventory, margins, and seasonality
Experience in cash management, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling
Practical experience dealing with lenders and financial institutions
Proficiency with financial systems, e-commerce tools, dashboards, and artificial intelligence tools
Experience in supervising and developing a junior finance professional
Experience in an acquisition or financing context is a plus
Knowledge of demand planning, supply chain management, or S&OP is a plus
Professional proficiency in French and English
