Your responsibilities in a few words!

Superviser le cycle comptable complet et assurer la fiabilité de l’information financière – Structurer et optimiser la fonction finance ainsi que les processus comptables – Préparer et analyser les états financiers et les rapports de gestion – Élaborer les budgets, les prévisions financières et les projections de trésorerie – Développer une méthodologie de coûts de revient et de comptabilité par projet – Analyser les marges, la rentabilité et les écarts budgétaires des différents projets – Assurer le suivi des coûts de production et de la productivité de la main-d’œuvre – Harmoniser les pratiques comptables dans un environnement multi-entités – Piloter l’implantation d’un nouveau système ERP et optimiser les outils financiers – Développer des indicateurs de performance et des tableaux de bord financiers – Renforcer les contrôles internes et améliorer les processus de clôture financière – Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles afin d’améliorer la performance – Accompagner la direction dans ses décisions stratégiques et soutenir la croissance de l’organisation

Your assets for this position!

CPA certification required
At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, ideally between 6 and 9 years
Experience working in an accounting firm and at least 3 years at an SME
Solid mastery of the entire accounting cycle, the preparation of financial statements, and financial analysis
Experience with cost accounting, project-based accounting, and profitability tracking
Excellent proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
Experience with ERP systems or participation in an ERP implementation project
Knowledge of multi-entity accounting environments and international operations
Experience in a manufacturing, production, or custom fabrication environment
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
