Your responsibilities in a few words!

Participer activement à la préparation et au déploiement du volet Finance du nouvel ERP – Optimiser les outils et processus financiers et accompagner l’équipe dans leur adoption – Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles ainsi qu’à la préparation et à la validation de l’information financière – Analyser les coûts de production, les écarts de fabrication et les indicateurs de performance – Élaborer et assurer le suivi des coûts de revient, des coûts réels et des variances de production – Évaluer la rentabilité et la faisabilité financière des projets – Développer des outils de contrôle pour assurer le suivi des coûts, des échéanciers et des écarts – Réconcilier les transactions intersociétés – Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles et de projets afin d’identifier les risques financiers et les possibilités d’amélioration – Produire des tableaux de bord et des rapports destinés à la direction – Contribuer aux activités de facturation, de soumissions et au soutien des comptes recevables et payables.  

Your assets for this position!

CPA Certification
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
More than five years of experience in financial accounting in a manufacturing environment
Experience in manufacturing accounting and cost accounting
Experience in project accounting and in a multi
Experience with monthly and annual closings
Experience in preparing or implementing an ERP system; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a strong asset
Experience in the construction industry is an asset
Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent command of spoken and written French
